On the ground floor there is a large living room with a horseshoe-shaped sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for extra guests. Also in the living room there is a 55 ″ TV with Free Netflix account . The kitchen is equipped with dishes and pots for 8 people, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as a Bosch coffee machine , allowing you to cook freely. Continuing on the ground floor we have two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both furnished with a unique Italian style that will make you feel at home. Immediately next to the rooms there is the main bathroom equipped with a bathtub and toilet, all accompanied by an elegant white marble. Going up to the first floor we find a charming Double Suite that will transport you every night under a starry sky. The Suite has a private bathroom with bathtub and toilet and terrace.

Outside the house there are about 200 square meters of garden where we meet a beautiful mahogany wood pergola with inside a dining table that seats 9 people to enjoy an outdoor lunch every day while still being sheltered from the weather ... There is no shortage of leisures such as ping pong table, table football and a private heated swimming pool (on request) and a fantastic Barbecue to make fabulous barbecues while enjoying the sunny days.

The villa is located inside a complex called Faro Park , whose name derives from the renowned lighthouse that warns boats… Outside this complex there is a street full of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and hairdressers. Everything you need to forget your car at home and move freely on foot. Less than 500m there is a beautiful private beach with access to restaurants and bars, ideal for enjoying the sea without missing anything ...
